Day 340, 12/6/2013 - Eat, wow, hard to believe I was home for all three meals. The ice storm kept most everyone north Texas in for the day. All area ISDs cancelled classes by 10pm last night. I can't remember the last time that happened. I prepared all three meals, eggs & bagel for breakfast, baked potato soup for lunch, and cheddar bay biscuits and Rotel rice creation for dinner. Pray, prayers of thanksgiving that I have not lost power and am able to cook and stay warm in my all electric home. Joy, my joy was in the fact that I had enough groceries in the pantry, frig and freezer to get through the next several days.
