Day 154, 6/3/2013 - Eat, took my lunch to work today, yay me. Had Prices' Jalapeño Pimento Cheese. They have the best if you don't have time to make homemade. For happy hour and pre-concert in the park had Stella beer and cheese board at the Fillmore pub. Following the concert dined with friends at the Urban Crust roof top bar. They have fabulous wood fired pizzas. Shared the Urban Amore, fig preserves, prosciutto de Parma, goat cheese, aged balsamic arugula. What great tastes that blended surprisingly well and was great with the Moretti beer. Pray, I prayed that the great weather would hold for the concert in the park. Prayers answered, weather was perfect in low 80s with a nice breeze as we sat on the lawn to enjoy the concert. Joy, my joy was in being outdoors in the park and enjoying the wonderful concert with the Plano Community Band. Good ol' all American classics finishing off with John Philip Sousa's, "The Stars and Stripes Forever." All in all another great day involving good friends, food and music!
