Day 306, 11/2/2013 - Eat, breakfast was my brewed coffee and a cinnamon crunch bagel from Panera before a 3 hour rehearsal. Met my friend, Marilyn, at the tail end of her meal and the beginning of mine. I chose the Little Italy Flatbread, prosciutto de Parma, sopresssata salami, mortadella, provolone cheese, roma tomatoes, red onions, and romaine lettuce, with olive dressing. OMG! What's not to like in that medley of ingredients? Used the sourdough bread and prepared a grilled cheese for dinner. Pray, I pray for good voice today and tomorrow at church and at the Meyerson under the direction of composer, Paul Leddington Wright. Joy, I truly enjoyed the beauty of the day's weather. A great day to have the doors and windows open.
