Day 277, 10/4/2013 - Eat, had leftover Kolaches for breakfast. A church member brought me apples and cheese for a mid-afternoon snack. Dinner was late and at home after a Friday night rehearsal. I prepared comfort food of grilled cheese and BBQ chips. Pray, I pray that I will be able to get everything done before going out of town next week. It is always hectic before going on a trip and difficult to get everything done. Have only Monday and Tuesday of next week to get done. Joy, my joy was in my 4th rehearsal of the week. The Sanctuary Choir of Preston Hollow Presbyterian is performing the American premier of Bob Chilcott's, "St. John Passion" with Bob Chilcott conducting the choir and chamber orchestra. It is an amazing piece and a great pleasure to meet and work with the composer. He has such a passion for the preservation of church music and hymns. This is an amazing original composition with church hymns intertwined. The rehearsal energized the end of the work week.
